Representaciones de Petróleo, Gas y Energía (RPGyE) is a junior oil company led by industry experts with extensive Venezuelan and international operational experience. Since launching our crude oil production in 2018, we have focused exclusively on the acquisition and development of proven, producing oilfields.

Operating from Bogotá and Caracas, with our primary center in Barinas State, we drive a low-risk, low-CAPEX, and high-margin business model. This strategy has built a proven track record, successfully managing multiple fields and producing over 6.3 million barrels of oil between 2019 and 2023.

RPGyE was established by industry experts and successfully initiated its first crude oil production operations in Venezuela.

Commenced simultaneous operations of two mature oil fields and production plants under a service contract model with the national oil company, PDVSA.

2023

Strategic Partnerships

Successfully concluded a robust operational cycle, effectively managing 267 wells and achieving a total output of over 6.3 million barrels of oil across an 840,000+ acre concession.

2026

New Strategic Framework

Updated regulatory compliance and initiated new partnerships with Oil & Gas majors to restart production under the highly efficient Production Sharing Contract (CPP) model.
